Alicia Doherty, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Doherty manages the corporate activities of BLH Technologies and builds the teams necessary to effectively satisfy our clients' project needs. For more than 30 years, Ms. Doherty has worked under contracts to various Federal agencies focused on advancing health in the United States and internationally. Ms. Doherty has worked under contracts for several entities within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She directed and managed multiyear, multimillion-dollar public relations, media advocacy, publications development, exhibit management, and scientific meeting management (including technical review boards and expert advisory panels) projects in health and biomedical research. Her management responsibilities have included staff selection and oversight, budget development and monitoring, quality assurance and quality control, adherence to contract requirements, technical review of products, client liaison, and project planning and reporting. She holds a B.A. in English from University of Maryland. |
