BLH has experience operating resource centers
and providing clearinghouse support for Federal
government clients. BLH understands that it is important
for Federal clients to communicate clearly and promptly
in response to individual requests for documents,
CD-ROMs, brochures, and other materials. We have
experience responding to such requests daily. We
also have the ability to store and maintain inventory
and routinely produce mailings of up to 10,000 items.
BLH also has demonstrated experience managing a
resource room on a secure Internet site where government
clients have access to and can maintain selected
information of interest for Agency managers and
key senior staff. BLH services include user-friendly
design, creating direct links to referenced documents,
searching for missing documents, and converting
documents from one format to another. |
