Benjamin L. Harris, CPA, President and
CEO
Mr. Harris is a Certified Public Accountant
and Certified Valuation Analyst with more
than 20 years of experience in accounting,
finance, and contract management in both
the public and private sectors. As President and CEO
of BLH, he leads the principal planning, development,
and establishment of policies and objectives for his
company. Mr. Harris has successfully managed many
large-scale multimillion dollar, multiyear Federal
contracts. Mr. Harris has held numerous executive
positions, including U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)
Auditor, Chief Financial Officer, Senior System Consultant
for a major financial accounting software vendor,
Director of Consulting with American Express Tax &
Business Services, and Administrative and Finance
Officer in the U.S. Army Reserves. In addition, Mr.
Harris served as a Captain and participated with multinational
forces in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert
Storm. He holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Marshall
