| | Rose B. Salton, Vice President
Ms. Salton has more than 25 years of experience in
project and conference management, specializing in
communications services to Federal Government agencies.
She currently serves as Project Director for two large
BLH contracts for the Child Care Bureau (CCB) of the
Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and
the National Program Chemicals Division, Office of
Pollution, Prevention and Toxics of the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA). Prior to joining BLH in 2005,
she worked for several organizations where she served
as Project Manager, Task Leader, or Conference Manager
for contracts with various HHS agencies, including
the ACF CCB; Health Resources and Services Administration
(HRSA); National Institutes of Health's (NIH) Office
of the Director, Office of Medical Applications of
Research (OMAR), and Office of Minority Programs;
National Human Genome Research Institute; National
Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA); National Institute
of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD); and
National Cancer Institute (NCI); as well as the EPA
and the Defense Information Systems Agency, Department
of Defense (DoD). In these capacities, she has supported
programs that focused on education, outreach, consensus,
and health and environmental services. She holds a
B.S. in Psychology and a B.A. in Administration of
Justice from American University. |
